RAISING SUNKEN CONCRETE
Concrete raising is a novel technique used to raise slabs that have sunken beyond acceptable levels. It is usual to find this kind of problem in walkways, driveways, garage, aprons, pool decks, yards, and basement slabs. Using the original concept of mudjacking (slabjacking), Polyurethane concrete raising gets the same results its precursor system does, but rather than injecting a mixture of concrete and mud, this novel system injects high-density, expanding polyurethane foam to raise slabs and refill voids.
Also known as Foam Lifting, this system eliminates the costs of pouring new concrete and enables its application through smaller injection holes and also in a smaller amount. On the other hand, this technique is, no doubt, the most profitable alternative, since it never includes costs of demolition, removal, and landscaping, which are required when using other methods.
Of course, another advantage that this project with Polyurethane offers is the celerity with which the work is finished, with the minimum interruption timespan in your property, which will be ready to be used the same day. Polyurethane concrete raising is currently the most advanced method for repairing in sunken concrete.
